attraction moves us
At FluxWorks, we're innovating to be technologically and culturally disruptive.
During his Ph.D. program at Texas A&M, our founder, Bryton Praslicka, took on a NASA-funded project where his task was to build a gear headed for the extreme conditions of space. His solution was a magnetic gear capable of not only matching, but elevating the performance of traditional mechanical gears due to its contactless design.
In 2021, Bryton founded FluxWorks with a vision to use magnetic technology to empower progress and transform motion. His original gear became what we now call the Celestial Gear™, and it serves as the anchor point for all of FluxWorks’s innovations.
Today, FluxWorks looking to expand our range of applications, unlocking safe, reliable, and intelligent motion for machine systems everywhere.
Our team consists of a driven group of experts and engineers pulled together to steward innovation that changes lives and drives the future, for both our customers and our company.
